Hi @emb2016,

it's not a DELETE button, it's a REMOVE button.

When you click on the link I provided, just choose "Manage your family accounts" then choose the one you want to remove and click on REMOVE.

Let me know if you can do it!

Hi @dennisnaz,

Plase follow these steps:

Removing a member (Only the administrator of the plan is able to remove a member)

1. Go to your account page.
2. Click MANAGE YOUR SPOTIFY FAMILY.
3. Click REMOVE under the member you want to remove.
4. Click CONFIRM in the dialog box that follows. You can now invite someone else to the plan.
Note: If you remove a member, you’ll still pay the full amount for your plan each month.

If your intention is to reduce what you pay, you should cancel and then resignup to the family plan with the correct amount of people.

"The number of subaccounts (i.e. the number of people you can invite) that you selected during signup cannot be changed. You may however cancel the subscription – at which point all members of the plan revert to Free level subscriptions if the current billing month lapses. You can then sign up again, selecting the number of subaccounts you want. You may re-invite the people you want to keep on the plan."

Hi Rodrigo. I have the same issue: I don´t want to replace a member or change my account, I only want to remove a family member (and keep that slot empty).

I followed your instructions, but... I don´t have the option REMOVE under the members that you mentioned, I only have the button REPLACE THIS PERSON.

 What can I do?  Thanks!

Hi @user-removed,

The number of subaccounts (i.e. the number of people you can invite) that you selected during signup cannot be changed.

You may however cancel the subscription – at which point all members of the plan revert to Free level subscriptions if the current billing month lapses. You can then sign up again, selecting the number of subaccounts you want.

You may re-invite the people you want to keep on the plan.

Let me know if you need further help!

@dennisnaz,

The solution is the same:

The number of subaccounts (i.e. the number of people you can invite) that you selected during signup cannot be changed.

You may however cancel the subscription – at which point all members of the plan revert to Free level subscriptions if the current billing month lapses. You can then sign up again, selecting the number of subaccounts you want.

You may re-invite the people you want to keep on the plan.

Hello,
I have the following problem.
One of my sub-accounts is not visible on the list. However , if I send an invitation we receive the message "you are already registred ". If we use the button "forget password" the message is that there is no account. That is a contradiction

How can we solve this ?

kind regards

Hi @spaandera,

What's the account status of this user when he clicks on this link?
