Changing country in Spotify keeps autochanging it back to BE

My Question or Issue

I had my Spotify subscription with an old mobile phone subscription ages ago. When I switched to another provider, I basically kept paying for my Spotify. I want to use the Spotify DJ feature which apparently doesn't seem to be available in Belgium (I can't find it anywhere). I currently also live in Ireland so changing my region settings to Ireland would just make more sense to me, but every time I try changing it to Ireland it keeps going back to Belgium. Anyone know why?
