Charged Money Without Receiving Premium

 I went to apply for a student discount, entered the information. When it came to searching my school it wasn't present so I closed the tab. Checked my bank and I have been charged the $5.99 (AUD) without receiving premium

Hey @tuscona, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

In this case, the charge should show on your statement as ‘pending’. This means your bank has put a temporary authorization on the funds, but no money has actually been taken because Spotify has not yet verified your student status. Same! I've been complaining this on their twitter account SpotifyCares but it hasn't been resolved yet. And they already asking me for the feedback on how they do, anyway not the point. The thing is, the subscription says that we will not be bill unless the process of verification goes through. When I receive their email that I'm verified and to complete my purchase, the process goes back from the start (inputting card details), so I tried to fill it up again and their system says that I already redeemed the offer and yet I haven't received my premium subscription.
