I can't change my country settings!!

I can't change my country settings!!

When I lived in the states, we had Premium Family and everything worked fine. After a few months of living in Germany, everything went haywire. The wife and kids got booted. After reestablishing their accounts, they can't join my family plan because it says we don't live at the same address. All our accounts have the same address. Only difference is mine is still set to U.S. while theirs has been changed to Germany.

 

I can't change mine to Germany. It says to change the payment method to an account issued in the new country. I tried that, but it tells me I can't use that payment because the card was issued in a country that doesn't match my account. At this point, it's circular reasoning or circular issues or circular whatever... it tells me to fix one issue that gives me essentially the same problem.

 

Any help???

Are you trying to use a payment method (e.g. credit card) that has been issued in Germany? If not, that would explain why you're getting the error message.
