I was suppose to get 6 months free I only got 30 days

I am a Sprnt customer on a Framily plan.  I was told starting @midnight I could sign up for Spotify and get 6 months free.  I signed up following the directions Sprint gave me.  I was only given a 30 day free trial.

It sounds like the system has dropped you onto a normal subscription with the 30 day free trial rather than the Sprint offer (unless it is going to start after the trial). I would get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they should be able to let you know what you need to do to get up and running with Sprint. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
