Hello I have been in contact with a Spotify representative for nearly a month now and my original issue was never solved. On Dec. 7th I purchased a premium account with your compan and later learned that your company was offering a 3 months of premium for .99 cents. I contacted Spotify because I wasn't offered this price. The representative told me that the promotion did not work because I could only have a certain number of promotions connected with my Facebook account. I had originally paid $4.99 (the student fee). Sandra (the representative) told me to use a non Facebook account and that she would refund my account the $4.99. She transferred my playlists and told me to proceed to pay the .99 cents for the 3 month period which I did. Weeks went by and the $4.99 was never put back into my account so I reached out to Sandra multiple times. She kept telling to wait over and over again. However, this last time I got into contact with her she told me the following "We had to process the refund for the payment again and converted your account back to the free ad supported service. Please allow us another 3-5 working days to be processed." This was not what I asked for and hence she turned off my premium subscription which I paid for and NOTHING has been refunded to my account. I still wanted the premium which I paid for already for .99 cents for 3 months. I just wanted the refund for the $4.99 that I paid for prior to getting the special promotion. This literally has been a nightmare and I just want to be able to enjoy my music for the .99 cents 3 month period and get my $4.99 back. Please help me
