My Question or Issue
The payment failed initially because there weren't enough funds in my bank, but after I added sufficient amount (1.5-2x) and tried to pay again manually, I got the following error:
The payment failed. Please try again, use a different payment card or a different payment method. Go to our support.

Hi there @hamzahsohail,
Thanks for your reply.
If you're still having issues with the payment, try updating your payment method from an incognito/private tab or a different device from this link. We also recommend making sure everything is okay the payment method. You can check out this article from our support page for more details.
Lastly, it's also a good idea to get in touch with the bank/payment method provider so they can verify everything is in order from their side.
We'll be here in case you still need assistance.
Hey @hamzahsohail,
Thanks for reaching out!
Manual payments are not possible with Spotify but the system should try to take the funds in a few days time again 🙂
In case something goes wrong and your account happens to revert to free, you can then just subscribe once more, but I doubt this would be necessary.
Hope this clears things up! We're here for you in case there's anything else 🙌🏼
