Payment from a Regular premium account to a familiar plan

Solved!

Payment from a Regular premium account to a familiar plan

Hi everyone... I already had a regular premium account, today I've changed it to a familiar plan. The thing is that I want to know why is my next payment so soon, only 18 days from today. Yesterday, July 9, they charged me for my regular account and in less than a month they will charge me again (July 28) for the familiar plan. Why is this? Does anyone know? I think it is not fair.

Yes, because you paid $9.99 on July 9 for one account. You get 19 days but you're paying for up to 6 Premium accounts for those same $9.99.

That happens because when upgrade your subscription to Family Premium, your remaining time of the month gets converted to Family Premium, which brings your renewal date forward.

In other words, since you paid 9.99 on July 9 instead of 14.99, your payment gives you less days. On July 28 you'll pay 14.99 and will get the full month.

So it's ok to have paid for one entire month on July 9 and be charged again on July 28 for other full month?Since I paid on July 9 and I will have to pay again on July 28, I'm only gettin 19 days for the price of a month is that right?
