Premium Account paid but still free!

Hi Everyone! 
I need an information!
I've just paid my 3 months at 0.99 cent account (I can see it from my bank website), but in my pc, iPhone and iPad, I still have the free version.. I tried to reinstall the app but also the Spotify website ask me if I want to pass to premium...

How can I do? 
It's like Spotify is not seeing my payment.. 

Will Spotify withdraw 9,99 euros after these 3 months even if i can't use my premium account??

We've had a look at your account and can confirm your payment attempts weren't successful, meaning no money's been taken. The funds were put on hold by your financial institution and they should be released shortly.

We'd recommend trying again on a laptop from an incognito window on your web browser, deleting cache/cookies, or using a different payment method.
