My Question or Issue

I changed my mobile from iPhone8 to iPhone11 bu it doesn't matter in fact...
I had a Premium Family account for a while (username "dbroc")
Then, whatever the device where I use the Spotify app or website, I have now the basic Spotify free account!!! Even if my id and password are exactly the same as previously.
This a well known ERROR from the Spotify system. Let see for example:


In order to pay 16€ per month for something, please provide me quickly for an actual solution

Thanks for reaching out.

 

Have you tried using an email address instead of a username for logging in yet? I also recommend double-checking your username at https://spotify.com/account as the display name is sometimes not the same as the actual username.
