Spotify card not valid for your country

i bought à spotify card when i went to the netherlands, as i live in belgium, but when i try to redeem it, it says the code is not valid for the country i live in, i allready sent a support ticket but have not heard about it in a while, 03392080 is my ticket id.

Can someone please help me ? I bought the gift card for my birthday and could not use it

Generally, you cannot redeem Spotify Premium codes that were not bought in the same country your account is listed as. I'll bump your case and the team will let you know what they can do.

I know, but as the country that i bought the card from is a neighbor to mine, i find it stupid to create new account when i'm going back there just to validate my gift card, i sent them the code, so maybe they can activate it on their side, thanks for your help anyway 🙂
