My Question or Issue

My account's country is set to Venezuela as opposed to USA where I have always lived. I am trying to change my payment to a new credit card (since my last one is closed) and it is not letting me since the card is US based. When I try to change my country setting to USA, it is not available on the list.

My subscription is about to end because of this. Please help ASAP.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. 

 

If you're currently based in the US and the payment method you're trying to use is from the same country, the system should allow you to change it. So first, and just to be on the same page, are you following the steps mentioned in this article?

 

If the issue persists, would you mind confirming if you're getting any error message? If so, could you include a screenshot of the error message in your next response to take a better look?
