spotify charged 1.12$ for trying to get a free month

So i was creating a new account after already having another account a while ago and i was trying to get premium but after trying to get to the process it offers you the free month, without option of the full 9.99$, so i put my card info on it and then it realized that i already had the free month and offers me 9.99$, after for some reason the button for paying for spotify wasnt working, i decided to refresh and do it again. i ended up giving up on paying for spotify after notifying me that i wasnt elegible for the free month then the button to pay the 9.99$ wasnt working. afterwards i checked my bank card and i was charged twice 1.12$ for I'm guessing trying to get the free month. none of the accounts have premium so i was charged 1.12 twice and I recieved nothing else. like premium. btw, the account names are kevin_dompierre & muffinatorz
