I was going through my bank statements and I noticed that Spotify has been charging me a monthly fee of $9.99, presumably for the Premium account, which I have NEVER ever authorized. I have no idea how they got a hold of my card number. Don't even tell me to contact the useless "Spotify support" team because I have sent numerous messages explaining my situation, and have not received a response back. Spotify is such a scam!!! I don't understand why there is no number which I can call to report this. That is completely questionable. And I know countless others have experienced this fraud as well. I am extremely FURIOUS.
