I downloaded Spotify a few days ago and was certain I signed up via Facebook. Continued to add my cc info to sign up, but had trouble playing on offline mode so deleted existing data. When I tried to log in by fb again it said I didn't have an account. Proceeded to check my 2 email addresses and neither had an account.

I have now created a new account, but when trying to input my cc info it said I have already signed up...... What do I do to fix this? Don't want this be billed twice and expect my 30 day free sign up bonus.

You should get in touch with the spotify support team by using the online contact form or by tweeting @SpotifyCares on twitter. 

 

If you get an auto reply back directing you to the help pages, just reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the employees will get back to you as soon as possible.
