Spotify premium promo won't send me 4-pin sms in my mobile number

Hello, I'm new in spotify and I want to try the premium account since there is a promo. The problem is that every time I use pay by mobile it will ask for my number but it will not send me the 4-pin code. I'm pretty sure I can use the pay by mobile option here and I'm sure my mobile number is right. I even tried verifying my email using that number. Please me help on this!

I already got it. If you still have the text msg they first send you its
just the same pin number. Or if you no longer have it you can use a
different number that you haven't use on your Spotify account. Mine already
works

Okay so I went outside paid my spotify premium acc for 3 months. And I got the receipt. But I did,'t get any confirmation from you guys and you didn't even bother sent me confirmation via email that I processed on paying this acc. I logged out and logged in my acc and still it's free. I'M CONFUSED BECAUSE THE VOUCHER I CLICKED WAS FROM YOU I HAD MY SCREEN CAPTURE OF IT THIS IS MY SECOND TIME PAYING MY PREMIUM ACCOUNT AND DIDN'T GET THE GET IT I WASTED 387 PESOS AND IT'S NOT GOOD CONSUMING THAT KIND OF AMOUNT. I NEED ANSWER FROM YOU! DON'T YOU DARE PASS MY QUESTION TO OTHER SUPPORT BECAUSE I WASTED MONEY AND DIDN'T GET THE AMOUNT I NEEDED!

Same issue i tried to remove my subscription but nothing happen. I tried 2 different phoe number but still haven't receive the code.

I encountered the same problem in trying to subscribe to the "3 months of Premium promo" of Spotify. On the first try, it sent an sms for the PIN code. I entered the code and hit CONFIRM but then nothing happened. The page just went back to the Home page after a long wait of confirmation. Then I tried again to subscribe using the same mobile number. No code was ever sent to me since then even if I tried again and again for so many times after that. The page only expired after waiting for so long for the SMS PIN CODE. I tried calling my network provider, they only told me to contact Spotify or Google play. Please help! How can I successfully subscribe to that promo?

Yes, you're right. That's exactly how it worked. I used a different mobile number and even phone. I installed another Spotify app on that phone but logged in with the same Spotify account. As I tried to avail of the promo, the app directed me to a browser page where I get to choose my method of payment. I chose my network provider then entered my mobile number and waited for the PIN Code. It took a while for my carrier to send the PIN to my number through sms, even if I had very good signal strength. But upon going back to the PIN confirmation page, the page just simply showed up the payment options page again. So I had to redo everything, but this time I used the PIN that I got for this mobile number. And after patiently waiting for a few minutes, it told me that I am subscribed to Premium. I got 2 confirmation sms telling me that this amount was deducted from my load. One was 0.00 (zero) and the other one was the amount for the premium promo. Maybe because I repeated the process in order for me to get to the CONFIRM page. Maybe Spotify should do something about making the payment method a little less confusing and easier for those who wants to use their mobile number in making in-app purchases.

Havent received a single message from spotify. I tried it twice with the same number but nothing happened. And when i was goin to try it again for the third time.. i see this.. Pay by Mobile aint there no more.. the heck just happened...

Spotify premium won't register my number, i already type my correct number but they said they not able to send the pin code to my phone number. What should i do?
