I payed my brother's account, and everything was good. But when I tried to pay mine, Spotify said that I was already taked that promotion (I was not), but it took my money!
I was paying for both (but individually) the promotion of Spotify Premium for 1,000 COP$ (0.99 €). How can I get a refund or my Premium?

If you've had premium before you are unfortunately not eligible for the promotion
Regarding you not receiving Spotify Premium:
Here's what to try if you've upgraded to Premium but don't see it in the app.
It's also possible you have a second account - one account with a Spotify username, the other created and linked to your Facebook profile. Try logging in with each to access your Premium.

Bro i bought it once for a friend cuz its 99 cents and i tried to buy it for myself too but it said that it was used already i tried twice but again used already and i just said meh then i go to my bank account i see 2 missing euro and it says the time when i tried and it doesnt say like spotify its blank and for my friend it was blank but when i ordered from sportsdirect it said sportsdirect.com .If you got your money back can you tip me how can i do it please ?
I had the same problem but with me it said fail and i tried twice i didnt get an receipt or an email spotify just took my 2 euro which is not such a big deal but how can we trust them .
I dont received a receipt or email. I go to my account profile and Spotify still show me the banner to get Premium. Someone could help me? How can I get a refund or activate Premiun?

I contacted in Twitter @SpotifyAyuda (Spanish account of SpotifyHelp) and they said that I should contact my Bank. I dit it. They say the payment was successful and the money is no more in the Bank. So I should ask Spotify. I'm doing that.
Please Spotify, give me a refund or activate the Premium promotion than I actually paid.
