it says I'm a free user and i won't let me play any music. I have premium

Hey.

 

I recently bought a 1 year subscribtion to spotify premium, worked like a charm. 

a few days after the purchase i left the USA (where i live) and travelled to Denmark where i still am, and will be staying for the next couple of months. it now says this:

Your account can no longer be used from abroad, since the maximum travel time is 14 days for a Spotify Free account. To continue using Spotify from abroad, sign up for Spotify Premiumwhich gives you unlimited travel access.

 

i dont understand this since i already have spotify premium...

i have tried to change my country to Denmark as you have suggested to other people. sadly it wont let me change it.

 

Please help me out so that i once again can enjoy some music...

It looks like you aren't logging into your Premium account, do you still have the confirmation email from when you set up your subscription which will have your username in it?
