subscription cannot be cancelled

i have come across an issue where i don’t have my spotify password saved to my phone as it got wiped and i cannot change it because my email has been wiped aswell

this is an issue as i want to cancel my free premium trial before any money goes out of my bank

I'm sorry to hear you've been locked out of your account and can't regain access to cancel the subscription. Please check How do I reset my password? to find some options. Also, keep in mind that there are a few ways to sign up, e.g. with email, phone number, Facebook, Apple, or Google. If you're not finding your account with your email, try logging in with these to find your account.

If you regain access to your account, follow these steps to cancel the subscription.

1. Go to your account page.
2. Select Cancel plan, under Your plan at the top of the screen, or under Manage your plan.
3. Continue through to the confirmation message.

If you no longer have access to the email address registered to your Spotify account, I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support (you can find their contact link here). They can assist further to help you regain access or cancel the subscription.
